West African Examination Council have reacted and warned students that the Chemistry practical alleged to be leaked on social media and other platforms is fake.
WAEC in Nigeria disclose this to the Global News Nigeria that the WAEC chemistry practical expo is fake and is a medium adopted by the fraudster to collect money from their victims.
Over 1.5 million final year secondary school students in Nigeria have started their West African certificate exams WAEC on Monday.
Any student that collected the fake exam papers will be very surprise when he/she enter the exam hall to see that the exam paper is different from the one outside”.
WAEC spoke person in Nigeria Demianus Ojijeogu says WAEC has never set the same mathematics paper for Ghana and Nigeria students.
It was just a rumour that the mathematics paper for Ghana students will be the same for Nigeria.
“I see three of those papers yesterday, all of them is fake” Mr. Ojijeogu said.
All WAEC science candidates will write the chemistry practical paper on Tuesday 12 August, 2020 across all exams centres.
Nigerian students have resumed early this months after five months of break due to coronavirus lockdown.
WAEC adviser tell candidates to obey the rules and regulations guiding the conduct of the examination by removing hand from all kind of malpractice and comply with the Covid-19 guidelines that the examination centre have put in place.
