Chelsea plan to execute a double medical section for their new signing this week

Chelsea have planned to execute a double medical section this coming Friday for Bayer Leverkusen midfielder, Kai Havertz, and also Brighton defender, Lewis Dunk. Chelsea have been on the chase of both players for few months now, but the asking price of the clubs set at €80 million each has drawn back the speed of the deal.

Chelsea are willing to pay nothing more than €50 million for each players but Leicester City and Bayer Leverkusen are not ready to do business if their valuation is not met. Both players have shown interest in the deal and asked their clubs for a transfer to the London outfit, but the deal won’t work if Chelsea can’t agree a fee with the clubs.

Frank Lampard who arrived the club last summer has overseen a top 4 finish and an FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal despite the club not being able to sign players due to their transfer ban that was lifted just 2 months ago. Chelsea have now added Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech to their squad.

Reports from close sources reveals that Chelsea have agreed personal terms with the players and a fee with both clubs and the players will arrive Stamford Bridge this Friday for their medicals. Chelsea are also on the lookout for West Ham DM/CB Declan Rice.

Chelsea announces signing of Lewis Dunk from Brighton

Chelsea announced on their official website after reaching agreement with Brighton’s defender Lewis Dunk on Monday, blues are expected to completed Dunk signing before Friday this week.
